The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of digital leadership in intelligent decision making with the mediation of team reception. The method was descriptive and of the type of correlational studies. The research population of primary school principals in Kermanshah province in 2022 was 1902 people, from this population, based on the Cochran formula, a sample of 320 people was selected using stratified random sampling according to the population of the research classes such as the type of region (privileged, semi-privileged and deprived), city/district (24 cases) and gender ( male and female) was selected. Collecting data from questionnaires; Digital leadership and intelligent decision-making developed by the researcher were used in addition to team reception (Sultani, 2007). Data analysis was done using Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The findings showed that digital leadership had a direct and significant effect on team reception and intelligent decision-making in elementary school principals. Also, team reception had a direct and significant effect on intelligent decision-making in elementary school principals (p≤0.01). In addition, digital leadership through team reception had an indirect and significant effect on intelligent decision-making in elementary school principals (p≤0.01). It seems that team reception among elementary school principals has a mediating role in the relationship between digital leadership and intelligent decision making.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Toxic leadership of principals on organizational trauma mediated by the hypocritical behavior of teachers. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of 16750 teachers all secondary school in Khuzestan province in 2021.Which was people from this population based on Cochran's formula a sample of 407 people was selected by stratified random sampling. To collect data were used Poison Leadership Questionnaire (Schmidt, 2008), Organizational Trauma Questionnaire (Vivian & Horman, 2015) and Hypocritical Behavior Questionnaire (Hadavi Nejad, 2011). Data were analyzed using pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The results of the path analysis showed that the toxic leadership of managers had a positive and significant effect on organizational trauma and hypocritical behavior in secondary school teachers. Hypocritical behavior had a positive and significant effect on organizational trauma in secondary school teachers (p≤0.05). In addition, the toxic leadership of principals through hypocritical behavior had an indirect, positive and significant effect on organizational trauma in secondary school teachers (p≤0.05). So that the toxic leadership of managers and hypocritical behavior explained 55% of the changes in organizational trauma among secondary school teachers. It seems that the hypocritical behavior of secondary school teachers plays a mediating role in the relationship between managers' poisonous leadership and creating organizational trauma.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on the organizational effectiveness of schools with the mediating role of creativity and psychological empowerment of teachers. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The study population consisted of 2209 teachers in Shiraz District 1 in the academic year 2020-2021. Which was selected using a simple random sampling method and based on Cochran's formula, a sample of 327 teachers from this community. To collect data from four ethical leadership questionnaires (Kalshoven, Den Hartog & De Hoogh, 2011); Psychological empowerment (Spreitzer, 1995); Staff Creativity (Torrance, 1963) and the School Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire (Serjivani, Strata & Robert, 1992) were used. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. Findings showed that: Ethical leadership, psychological empowerment and creativity have a direct, positive and significant effect at the level of 0.05 on organizational effectiveness; Ethical leadership also has an indirect, positive and significant effect on organizational effectiveness through the mediation of psychological empowerment and creativity. From the findings, it can be concluded that ethical leaders, along with the mediating role of psychological empowerment and creativity of teachers, have an effective role in the organizational effectiveness of schools. Therefore, if school principals and leaders have positive qualities of ethical leadership and in this process use strategies such as psychological empowerment and creativity of teachers, they can create favorable conditions for cooperation and participation of teachers in various school affairs and ultimately. Provide school effectiveness.
